The Paparazzi have struck again!
Audrey had her 6 month pictures on Friday. As you can see from the following pictures, she had a blast. She is not shy in front of the camera nor in front of the mirror. She loves to look at herself in the mirror. I have decided she is quite the flirt. She was giving out smiles freely which is her norm. With that said, here are some photos from her photo shoot.

Happy 6 Month Birthday, Audrey!
Happy 6 Month Birthday, Audrey! Audrey had her 6 month checkup on Monday. The following are her stats:
Length: 27 1/4 " - 95 th percentile
Weight: 15.13 - 50th percentile
Head: 43.2 - 75th percentile
The doctor said she looks good and continues to follow her line on the growth chart. She is consistently in the same percentiles for each category.
The major topic of discussion was food. As you can see Audrey is a lightweight. She does well eating her cereal, but introducing food has not gone as well. I tried starting her off with sweet potatoes because I read and have been told to start off with vegetables instead of fruit. They say if you start off with sweet, yummy fruit, then your baby might not eat the less sweet, yucky vegetables. Well, my doctor said do whatever works. So, I did. She likes bananas!
As far as the milestones checklist, Audrey meets all of them except talking. She is suppose to be able to make so many consonant sounds, which she doesn't. She just likes to shriek. So now I am constantly in her face saying, "da da da da da da da....," hoping she will catch on. I am sure one day, I will regret this when she says something to embarrass me=)

Ferris Wheel
Yeah! New toys! Audrey was getting so bored with our routine. So we went on a shopping spree. Audrey is very intrigued with her new toys. She is curious on how they operate and enjoys listening to the new music. She is more active every day, which is good and bad. The good is that it is more fun to play with her. The bad is she is sleeping less during the day making it a little more challenging to get other things accomplished.
